The TransLution PO Receiving Process has been designed to offer our clients a complete range of receiving options to suit the needs of most businesses.
We encourage the use of our Receiving templates which support receiving loose stock or palletised stock as well as single or two stage receiving.
As with all of our templates, we take care of the system complexities at the back end leaving the user with simple step-by-step processes.
With an easy to learn simple interface, users can scan the barcodes of all items being received. If the items are not delivered with labels, TransLution supports label printing in advance of receiving a purchase order or while doing the receiving.
With two stage receiving, supervisors have the option to review the scanned data which is then posted in real-time to SYSPRO for a GRN to be created. While the operators are scanning, the system validates the items and quantities against the purchase order to ensure all deliveries are correct.
