For production to take place, stock needs to be issued to the job. The process to do this in SYSPRO is manual and is often done once the production cycle is complete. This often leads to issues with production, not having enough stock to complete the run, Labor not being managed properly, etc.
TransLution is used to make this process more transparent and efficient. TransLution checks the Job in SYSPRO and provides a list of components required for the job. These components are then picked and issued to the job, taking them out of stock and into WIP. As the stock is issued to the job, the components are consumed, reducing the stock in the warehouse. Once the finished goods are labelled and receipted, the stock is added to the Finished Goods warehouse, completing the production process.
